Welcome to CTG!
The Center for Translational Genomics (CTG) was established in 2017 as a prioritized research infrastructure and open core facility within the Faculty of Medicine at Lund University specialized in providing expertise and services in advanced Next Generation Sequencing-based technologies, aiming to enable groundbreaking and innovative research in molecular life sciences.
CTG collaborates closely with the regional healthcare, particularly with the Section for Molecular Diagnostics (Clinical Genetics and Pathology, Region Skåne) and this collaboratoin provides optimal synergies to transfer important knowledge between research and clinical diagnostics. Together, CTG and SMD form Clinical Genomics Lund unit part of Clinical Genomics Platform within SciLifeLab.
