Spatial
At CTG, we offer both sequencing-based and imaging-based spatial applications. These technologies provide comprehensive and high-resolution insights into tissue architecture, gene and protein expression. We offer 10x Genomics Visium v2, Visium HD on the CytAssist, and Xenium (coming Q3 2025, book consultations now!). Our workflows are compatible with FFPE tissue sections and can integrate high-resolution images of H&E or immunofluorescence staining.

The success of Visium and Xenium projects depends on factors such as tissue type, species, embedding date, fixation method, and RNA quality. Proper tissue handling and fixation are critical to preserving transcript integrity. Before starting a project, users should carefully evaluate tissue preparation methods that align with their research goals and platform requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that sample quality, including RNA integrity and tissue preservation, meets the required standards before submission.
